This is the perfect dessert for the hot summer days when I’m sure you have no desire to turn on the oven to bake. It’s a very light and refreshing cake with a smooth vanilla mousse layer and topped with a delicious strawberry jelly. It was easy and fast to make and the best part is that hubby really LOVED IT!
