This is my snowman cake-baking experiment. If you don’t like spending too much time in the kitchen then this recipe is not for you
. It’s not hard to make but it just takes more time. The cake filling is the easiest and most delicious you can make so don’t miss the opportunity to use it for any “normal cake” you might want to try out. This is similar to the cake frosting I used for my Bachelorette Party Corset Cake except I didn’t add the cappuccino powder this time.
Now back to my snowman cake… long story short, it was delicious but a little bit unstable. You need two round oven-proof bowls, one smaller than the other. I used one that was 19 cm (7.5 inch) in diameter and the other one was 26 cm(10.2 inch) in diameter. Two larger cakes, one layer face-up and the other face-down, will make a snowball.
